I love this Amazon find! It's like luxury for less being able to incorporate truffle flavor into whatever I'm cooking! The powder blends in nicely and gives a great, subtle, truffle and mushroom flavor. This powder is a great addition to anything - it's like an umami flavor bomb. Love supporting a small business run by a mom and daughter too! This will be a repeat purchase for sure!

What is great is that it is flavorful without being overkill where you can't taste your food anymore. This is especially good for when you don't have mushrooms on hand but want that touch of mushroom added to your food. I highly recommend it on pizza and salad.

No flavor
Not sure if I got a old batch, but this taste like nothing. No truffle flavor at all, almost a slight cacao flavor but even that is very light.
