I have awful year-round allergies and occasional asthma attacks. I’ve used Halls drops for years. I’d never seen this strength before and decided to try them. What a difference! Be ready, they are serious, and I wouldn’t advise drinking anything - including water - until you’re done with a lozenge. The mentholated effect opens my sinuses and soothes my throat. They’re also useful for acid reflux, to calm that awful burning sensation in the throat and esophagus (check with a doctor first, especially if you have other stomach problems like ulcers). They’re more expensive than I could get regular lozenges in a retail store, but they’re worth it to me.

Second time ordering, received product in a timely manner and it is as advertised. I don’t know why these are so hard to find in the local pharmacies, but I haven’t seen them since early June. These are so much more effective than the regular Halls for dry or sore throats.

My husband is from Brazil and he is used to a Halls black they they sell there. These are the closed we can find to those. Very strong, really help with a bad cough or nasal issues. If you have a cough you cannot calm, these are your answer. They are very effective and a good value. I would highly recommend.

These are great for soothing an itchy throat and helping clear a stuffy nose. The ones I received were 20 g of menthol, not the 15 g they sell in our stores. But then I haven’t been able to find them in our stores, so maybe they are purging stock in preparation for these. Use By date was 2021 for these I bought Jan 2020. Very happy with this purchase.

During my travel to Spain last year got a sore throat and I purchased the Halls, Intense Cool. Intense Cool worked so well, upon my return home back to the US, I decided to purchase additional ones. However, a year later, I was unable to find them anywhere, so I decided to order them on Amazon. Although, I order Halls, Intense Cool, I received Halls Relief, New Formula, Max Strength. I was in the process of returning them, but due to my sore throat, I decide to try them. As of right now, they are working out well.

Can't seem to find these anywhere anymore but found them on here. Sort of expected to get something expired or an off brand but NOPE... these are the real deal and the only Halls that actually work. If you are just looking for some tasty candy then get the other ones. If you want something that will clear your sinuses while eliminating that pesky cough then these are the fumes you want. The only cough drop in the world that does what it advertises and even takes care of that thin layer of old skin that you have in the back of your nose while jump starting your brain's nerve ending! BOOM Done!

I personally like this strong minty menthol flavor for my cough drops. I used it during my last cold/sore throat and it helped me immensely. I have used other cough drops from the grocery store but this is the only version that gave me some lasting relief and cleared up my sinus passages. Will be sticking with this one for the future.
