I have used them for over a week now, and I have total confidence that they will safely hold tight, even with very heavy plates stacked on the barbell. Solid.

Easy to use
These are easy to get on and off for a quick transition between sets. Not sure if it will hold up with lots of use but for now they seem sturdy and hold my weights in place nicely.
