After having issues with my heart, the Dr recommended me to check my blood pressure 3 times a day & use an ECG monitor. I couldn’t be more pleased than I am with this one. The quality is great, the price was more than worth it. It’s light weight & comfortable to use. It gives accurate heart rates & warnings of heart issues. The app is great to keep track of & monitor my heart issues so I can share them with my cardiologist. I highly recommend this ECG monitor!

I bought this Emay portable ECG monitor for my father who has AFib. It's very simple to use, not complicated. It records and keeps the reports in the device until you upload them to your computer or phone which is great because my dad doesn't have a smartphone. Most of the devices I found you had to use a smartphone to see the heart rate. This has a built in monitor so you can read it on the device. It tells you if you are in AFib or tachycardia, etc. It's a great device and we'll worth the money. It's small enough my dad can put it in his shirt pocket. Highly recommend it. It appears to be accurate and durable, especially if you accidentally drop it.

Very easy setup, took less than 10 minutes to download the app to the PC, connect to the PC, and get the first ECG recorded and downloaded. Rare to get a user manual with the device, especially one that is so detailed and easy to follow. Be sure to follow the recommended ways to hold the device to record the ECG. If the initial "bind" or connection to the app does not work, simply unplug the USB cord and plug it in again. The 30 second chart was clear and accurate. Chart downloads as a pdf, and is easy to share with just a "copy, paste". Have not tried the phone app, but I expect it would be just as easy to connect with and use. (Note: I had originally bought the Alive/Kardiamobile device, but returned it as it was not compatible with my phone - ridiculous situation why in this day and age Kardiamobile does not connect to any smartphone through Bluetooth, but rather only specific phone types and models. For one phone type it was only compatible with a model that is 4 years old!)

I am amazed at how easy to use and very accurate this portable ECG monitor is! I was able to download the app quickly and pair the device to my smartphone. It was simple to take a reading on the monitor and then share it via the app and also print out the ECG tracing. I love that there is no subscription necessary. This is a quality item that is a great tool to have at home especially if you have an arrthmia like I do.

I first tried using the Kardia Mobile device to monitor my heart performance. While it works well, it requires a monthly subscription fee to permit me to store and send my ECG readings to my cardiologist; something the fine print obscures when you buy the device! This device, on the other hand, allows me to store my individual ECG reports and print or email them to whomever I want with no subscription required! It's fairly accommodating to understand and seems to be accurate. The functional screen display is helpful also. It is a bit more awkward for me to take a reading using the prescribed methods of holding the device steady long enough to facilitate an accurate, complete session. But I've gotten better with time!

Light weight and easy to use. I was able to download the app to my phone and easily upload my ecg report. I purchased for my son who recently experienced afib. This will give us a peace of mind and earlier detection if he has any further issues. I like that you can add multiple profiles in the app so it can be used by different people.

I have to tell you that this Emay ECG monitor is fantastic. First of all it doesn't require a subscription. I have used it a few times and records well and can be sent to my doctor to read. It is small and easy to handle. It uses a single line but my cardiologist told me I really only need a one line monitor. So it's a plus. No subscription, very easy to use . Can be carried in your purse or a pants pocket. IT IS BATTERY OPERATED!. If your on the fence about this unit or one that requires a subscription you have nothing to lose. Give it a try you won't be sorry. I have a Samsung Galaxy smartphone and it synced right to it, easily.
