Excellent Value!
This is extremely sharp, by far the sharpest a knife has arrived from new. I think you could almost shave with it. Brilliant for skinning salmon its so flexible and did i say razor sharp, watch that tip if your not used to longer blades.

Not sharp
This knife is supposed to be razor sharp but it's no sharper than my cutlery. Very disappointed and I will have to get it sharpened prior to use
