Rooooof rack fail
The template included with the box, which you NEED, to drill out the front mount is not printed correctly and the holes you need to drill on the template are wrong. That's simply unacceptable to me that they included a template that isn't correct. The only reasons it's getting 2 stars is because with the wrong template they included measurements on the page for the installer to double check and thus gave you the ability to mock up your own template. I am also starting to despise how much extra you need to figure out and purchase seperatly. I'm currently installing the pioneer platform as well and low and behold, this kit didn't include any bolts to mount the legs (which is another separate purchase you need to figure out) to the backbone. And semi irrelevant rant the instructions for the pioneer platform are also printed out wrong. They identify the wrong screw to use in one step, but if you watch rhino racks install video they tell you to use the correct screw.
