These gave my flip-flops in new life and my feet no longer hurt when I wear them all day which I do because it’s summer.

If you have true metatarsal pain (neuroma) these are too flat to really make a difference. But if you just want a little cushion for comfort, they are okay. Mine rolled up on the end. I wish I had returned but wanted to give them a chance. I used these combined with the foam pads but because the ends didn't stick well, they would curl up and stick to the foam pad.

I actually ordered additional ones after trying them. They are comfortable and don't fall off.

I decided to try these after having issues again with my sesamoid bones (broken a few years ago). I got rocker style flip flops to wear around the house (bare feet are generally bad for sesamoid issues) and tried these to add some additional cushioning. They definitely help and combined with using a rocker style sole, it really took the pressure off the ball of my foot, but it does take a little time to get used to having the pad underneath only part of your foot. I feel the seam right below the ball of my foot when I walk. Also, I'm concerned about the adhesive, which is very strong, ruining the bottom of the insole of the shoe. I may decide to remove these at some point and I want to make sure that no sticky residue is left behind and that none of the insole material pulls off with the pad. However, while they're on there, the pads do work well.

Not all flip flops are created equal. I recently bought a very cute and expensive pair online, but alas, the thong part is too loose. My toes slid over the front edge when I walked, so basically it was unusable. I was so happy to find these pads! They install as quickly an easily as putting on a band-aid, and stay in place even with my running around all day. It is also super comfortable and actually makes my sandals feel like it has more support. It also makes the thong part feel less abrasive between the toes. I am very, very impressed with this product!!
