DomkeF34L 19" Protective Wrap - Grey

I recently went backpacking to Thailand and wanted to travel light so bought this to wrap up my 5D Mark III and lenses when I was in transit. It worked out really well, it would conmfortably wrap around my 5D and 24-105L stopping it from getting scratched and scuffed in the bag. It won't help if you drop it because it is not padded enough but that's not what it is for. When using the camera I would wrap up the lens I was not using in it and ended up taking with me everywhere.My camera still looks as good as new and as I could wrap it up and keep it in a normal day bag I didn't have to take a camera bag and advertise my kit.When not being used it takes up hardly any space and weighs nothing.

This is the second one I've bought.I use for camera body with moderate to heavy lens attached, when I dont want to go mad with lenses and camera bags, but want my camera with me on a normal day "just in case".It keeps the camera protected, clean, and without taking up loads of room in a general backpack or messenger bag.It means I carry my camera with me much more often, which is good.

Don't need a special camera bag anymore with these. Wrap your camera/lenses and pop into any bag - much better as it draws less attention to thieves :)Not as padded as a camera bag so doesn't provide the same degree of shock protection but a layer of dense foam in the bottom of a bag will provide protection against accidental drops while these wraps keep you gear separated and prevent them from knocking into one another and scratching/chipping.19" size is good for my mirrorless cameras with a prime lens attached.

This is great for protecting devices from scratches and bumping into one another inside your bag. However, this doesn't have neoprene, silicone, foam or bubbles so it won't protect from shocks or drops.

Bought two of these for holiday to put into a regular bag rather than a camera bag, as I didn't want lug a normal camera bag around with me.They do exactly what you need them to do. The 19" size was perfect for my Canon 6D with the 17-40 lens attached. Did a very good job of protecting the camera. The Velcro allows you to wrap-up the camera and keep it snug. Good, useful product - recommended.

Very useful if you don't want to carry around a case or put a camera insert inside your bag. You can pretty much wrap any normal-sized camera with this and it will keep it relatively protected.

I use this for wrapping a spare 5d2 body or 300mm lens when in my backpack.Easy to fold and lightweight, great for travelling.

Great product, but a bit pricey for what it is

I love it, it gives the protection I need for lenses and DSLR when not carrying my proper camera bag. A must have!

OK, Does it's job, but expensive for what you get. Poorly finished with long cotton tails left on the finished article.
