Reliable and Durable—Great for High-Mileage Trucks
I’ve been using the Mobil 1 M1-110 Extended Performance Oil Filter for years without any issues, and it’s been fantastic for my truck. I’ve got nearly 290,000 miles on it, and the engine is still running great. The filter works well, providing excellent protection for the engine, and I’ve had no problems with it. If you’re looking for a high-quality, reliable oil filter, this one is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

When you want the best
These Mobil 1 oil filters have been extensively tested and are the best filters on the market. They cost a little more but do the job! When you want the best for your car, this is the filter to get. I've been using these on my 2009 Infiniti G-37x Sport and they have performed flawlessly, and have been using Mobil 1 synthetic oil and filters for 20 years. Never had a problem and never had an oil burning engine!. The model shown is a bit longer than the stock model for my car, fits perfectly and gives you additional filtering capacity. They are manufactured by Champion, exclusively for Mobil. If you call Champion, they will tell you which Mobil 1 model or models fit your car. Always change your filter with every oil change too.

Mobil 1 is a great choice if at the right price
Been using this filter since I bought my car, it's one of the very best out there. I have a Nissan Altima coupe 2.5 S. My car is well maintained and my choice is most always Mobil 1. It's a high performance filter and keeps my car running smoothly. I live in a very sandy area so the filter helps keep dirt, other grit and metal out of my oil. These filters here on Amazon fluctuate in price a lot so keep an eye out and keep it under $10.

Good, compact filter...
I've had this filter in my new car on every oil change since I bought it new. Even after going over an oil change by about a thousand, the oil was still in good shape. It does what it's meant to, all things considered. It keeps the oil clean. It lasts for extended oil cycles. It's well built and well designed. It's also surprisingly compact in size, although I'm sure that comes at the cost of filter media, as well.Four stars, only because there are better filters out there that haven't yet been redesigned to fit my own car. I'd name pureolator as a company that makes one I'm waiting for that seems to have more filter media and performance in some tests I consider accurate.

Perfect Fit. Installation a Breeze
I have changed motor oil for many years. First time I used this on a Honda vehicle. I looked up the Mobil 1 filter for my vehicle on Amazon; this one was the suggested one to use.Dimensions and size are indentical to the old filter installed on my vehicle.Installation was quick and easy.I am somewhat perplexed by the posts on here about this filter leaking. I followed these simple installation instructions for oil filters, which by the way are also shown as pretty pictures on the side of the filter body itself (nice touch!):1. Removed old oil filter2. Cleaned off all the old oil residue on the engine block filter mount3. Rubbed brand-new unused motor oil onto and all around the entire oil filter rubber seal4. Screwed the oil filter onto the engine by hand5. When the oil filter stopped turning easily (it was hand-tight), I tightened it up and additional 3/4 of a turn. That's it.6. I used no tools to tighten up the oil filter. Never have in hundreds of oil changes. I always have tightened it up by hand.I have driven the vehicle several times already; checked the oil filter for leaks. There is none whatsoever. It is bone dry around the filter.

It works....
For around $45 for the 15k oil and filter. You save about $80 each time you change your oil. How is this possible, an average oil change is $25(autozone/orielly) oil every 3k miles (because that's whats in those big barrels at the oil change spot despite what label is on the barrel. Using normal oil to drive 15k miles your changing oil at least 5 times. 15k miles divide by 3k miles is 5. 5 changes at $25= $125. I take the $125 - $45(15k oil+filter) the total cost of oil changes. Comes out to $80 saving that's huge. Plus if you have a brain and 1/4 mechanistic skills you can do this at home. I use this oil in my 2010 honda insight that has 190k yes....I started using at 160k and have had no consumption or mechanical issues. I also use this same oil and filter on my 2003 Ford F150 it has 150k but it not driven daily and only used for truck stuff. Not a bro truck or penile enhancement device. So save some dough use this oil. But if your car is piece of crap and just burns oil... Idk your f'ed n your a' either way.

Mobil 1 Gold 5w20 + M1-110 = Perfect!
Amazing oil filter!! I used to buy basic fram filters all the time, but for only $3 more, I got this filter. Installation was simple and when used with Gold Mobil 1 oil, you can't go wrong! 15,000 miles of guranteed protection!? For me, thats an oil change only once a year! Saving more money with this combo, and the filtration of the oil is superb! Still looks fresh, and almost no major color difference from when I first put it in. My 06 MDX runs great!
