Help me through the first trimester trenches
These are a godsend and are helping me through the trenches of the first trimester. They are worth the money. The taste is pleasant (as-long as you like ginger). They don’t have a smell so doesn’t offend especially when feeling sick. You can only have 3 a day so they are being used in between meals.

Works for mild/moderate nausea
These helped ease my nausea when the nausea was mild to moderate, bringing it to manageable levels. However on more severe days I didn’t find these made a difference.
