Great buy and saved going to the hardware store and finding non in stock. ordered two colours both perfect and just orderd a group in one colour and a good saving on that. Best quality and easy to use.

Excellent When Used For The Right Job
Does the job very well. It's water based but will tolerate rain immediately. It does take a while to set but who cares?Like everything, it's knowing which sealant is best for which job. This stuff is great for sealing frames. It should not be used as a glue where mechanical strength is required. Compared to silicon it takes longer to set but it's easier to apply and any clean-up is really easy. It's also easier to remove once set. Being water based it can also be over-painted but you must give it a few weeks to set before you paint over it.Will buy again.
