Does more than just jewel cool. I have a bad knee that flares up and I can point the end on my knee and helps like an ice pack. I also point it straight up sometimes for ceiling air flow. It will extend about 30 inches.

Ok this item just didn't quite work as well as wanted it forWant to clip to a truck lower vent to push air up to the top area of truck.Durig summer time.Did not put out enough volume.But may work wonderfully for other things.

Neat idea, but vent mounting bracket damages the air vent grills. Tube diameter is too small so it doesn't allow enough air to flow through and cause back pressure in the HVAC system.
