The seller worked with me to replace my missing order, and then the broken drawer. I had to wait awhile for the replacement item, but I did not mind the wait. I am using this for dog supplies. I did not have issues with stability like some report. but please pay careful attention to how it is put together. Use the longer screws on the main frame. The smaller screws are for the knobs on the bins. If you put this together incorrectly, I can see how this could be unstable. Again, thank you seller for helping make my order a good one. I do wish that the plastic was a bit stronger, but this will be fine for what I am using it for. If you plan to put heavy items into this, then look into a different cart.. but to organize lightweight items - this is perfect.

I have several of this type of rolling storage cabinet and this is not one of the better ones. It's an OK value but could be better. Issues include the metal drawer slide leading edges are rough and will eventually eat into the drawers as they are pulled out and pushed back in. Also, there is no drawer stop to prevent the drawer from being pulled completely out of the slides and falling on the floor.That said, the parts fit together. It was easy to assemble. The fit and finish are fine (other than the above issue). So I give it four stars.

I bought this one for my medical supplies. It works great. We have wood floors so it moves around easily. I wouldn't put anything heavy on the top or let a child play on it, it's not sturdy like that, but for general use as storage it is sturdy enough. Assembly wasn't too difficult, I did however get cut on the interior where the drawer slides in. I didn't feel it, just noticed bleeding and was more careful after that. This is my 2nd cart of this style. My first one I've had for 5+ years and is still great, which is why I decided to buy another one.

I ordered this cart to use in storing paper materials and lightweight books for my reading curriculum. I did not anticipate the quality. We have all seen other carts on wheels that are good for a short time but begin to lean and look wonky after use. After a year, this item looks just like new. There is no wobbling, it stands straight and tall. One thing that really pleased me was when the item originally arrived, one of the drawers was cracked in the corner. I contacted the vendor and they sent out a replacement drawer immediately. Within days I had a free replacement that fit exactly as needed. Originally wary about this item, after year I am very satisfied. It is still in great condition and I like the gray gradient appearance that I chose. It was very easy to assemble, and was completely in place within minutes. I would buy this again.

This cart looks nice and serves its purpose for light storage, like toys or craft supplies. However, the frame & bins are not very sturdy and crack easily with regular use. If you’re expecting something heavy-duty, this might not be the best fit. I was hoping for something a bit more durable, but it’s fine for basic organization. We ended up donating it to our local school, where it’ll be used for lighter classroom items.

These drawers are awesome! I love the colors and it's very functional and sturdy. We use it for the kids' art supplies. On top of that, I received a couple of the drawers damaged and the customer service was fantastic. They replied quickly and sent replacement right away. Very much appreciated 👏🏼 I have had the drawers for almost a year now and they're still as sturdy as when I first put it together.

The media could not be loaded. Poor quality for the high price. The frame is made of thin metal and held together by plastic screws so it is not very stable or sturdy. The drawers are thin plastic and can’t fit much or hold much weight. They are not smooth to pull out or push in. Opening the drawers feels like scrapping plastic with metal. You also can’t put much weight on the cart or it will crumble and become loose. Don’t get it if you’re thinking of using it in a room with carpet. The wheels will have trouble and the cart will become loose.For context on the picture and video. The drawers had some of my teaching supplies in them. Mostly papers or thin workbooks and some learning flash cards. Nothing too heavy. One of the big drawers was empty and two of the smaller drawers were also empty. So there was not much weight on the cart but as soon as I tried to roll it towards the corner it crumbled and became loose and started tilting to one side. I waited a week to receive the cart and now I’m waiting another 2 weeks for the seller to receive my return and process my refund. 0 stars.
