Chair seems comfortable and sturdy, fairly easy to assemble other than difficulty getting screws to tighten to support back rest. Feels solid and padding is great. However, cannot get tge remote control to work although massage function does turn on at plug .Chair looks very good

Chair is great and nice massage on it for my back super easy to put together as well didn’t need YouTube or anything so great only let down was the courier DHL no updates so wasted a day waiting for it and it hadn’t even been loaded on van so it came the next day if I would of had the option I would of either gone for Amazon directly or DPD there best couriers get a time slot and can track properly anyhow moving on very happy with chair

Chair is nice it self but massaging is not very effective easy to assemble

This is a strong, study chair. well padded with generous seating area. It's the most comfortable office chair I've had to date ( and have had quite a few over the years ) . It's easy to assemble and has all the functionality I needed in terms of adjustments. The Massage feature sounds like a gimmick but I find it very relaxing. It's a great addition to this well made chair. I doubt you could find better at this price. 5 stars.
