Wishpower Bluetooth OBD2 Scanner/OBD2 Scanner Auto Diagnostic Tool/Car Check Engine Light Trouble Code Reader for Android/iOS/Windows(Supports Year 1996 and Newer Vehicles in the US)

Was able to get this to work with the following iOS apps:* Car Scanner: Set as Bluetooth 4.0, Device name "OBDII". Choose your connection profile, then it will automatically choose the appropriate protocols from there (ELM327). Highly recommend the pro version of this app (only $3.99 after you verify you can connect with it)!* OBD Auto Doctor: Extras -> Connectivity -> Adapter: Bluetooth, then choose Device = {Carista, MicroTech, Veepeak BLE, or Viecar BLE}. This app was significantly less functional than the above.Apps that did NOT work with this adapter: iODB2, EOBD-Facile, ODBCarDoctor, BlueDriver, OBDLink, ezOBD, GoTech (Some of these are branded for specific adapters, so that's not unusual. Others purport to work with a wide variety of adapters and are yet incompatible with this one.)The adapter worked reliably after making a connection. Only disappointed by the lack of supported software for now. Of note, I was hoping to get fault codes read back from the door locks, but I did not see them. This may be because they were not accessible by the adapter or because they were not faulting. Not sure.

I was wanting an obd scanner to pull the codes off my car. This worked. The app worked on my android and now I don't have to go to a mechanic or auto parts store to get the codes read.

Small, handy, keeps connection, and connects fast. It needs the car to be turned on though (I am new to these stuff). I used it on my Toyota Prius 2010 and worked with Torque mobile app.

It works great as advertised. I use this on my iPhone. I use a free app called “Auto Doctor” it’s a white icon with an engine symbol.

This adapter works great with the ODB Auto Doctor 3.2 app. It connects via BLE (BT4.0). Many apps don't.

works great for me, its little bit tricky to connect with my iPhone Bluetooth, I have to go to the app and connect from there instead of choosing from Bluetooth lists in my iPhone. Five star!

Product works great. Software is not top of the line, but okay.

Cheap and easy to use. Would give 5 stars but it’s dependent on another vendors app.
