Bought to replace the pickup on a Squier P-bass MIC.Before commencing the replacement, a video was taken of the original being played through my amp at a certain volume. I therefore had a record of the sound.Replacement was straightforward, with new screwholes required due to the originals not being well lined up.A Fender bridge had replaced the original, and with new strings a second video was recorded.The difference in sound quality was noticeable, both in oomph and tonal range.Well worth the effort at a reasonable price.

The soldering feels a tad flimsy, but these have a great tone and are an excellent replacement item if you’re comfortable improving the original soldering yourself. Still definitely worth the money.

Upgraded an old Japanese p bass that had a straight single coil pock up.After fashioning a new scratchplate, I installed these as a cheap option before pulling the trigger on a more expensive split single coil.They sound fine, to be honest. The solder connections are very weak and I did have to resolder some wires that broke free during installation.Great for£20.

Used these as a replacement for the standard pickups on a Harley Benton Bass. Have a lovely depth to them. Can be a bit hot on the mid frequencies, but to be honest, for £20, you can't go wrong
