frustration with the way my issue has been handled
I purchased both a washer and dryer together as a matching set. Unfortunately, the dryer I received was defective. While I appreciate Samsung’s agreement to refund the dryer, I am disappointed that my request to refund the washer has been denied. Since I purchased both items as a matching set, I believe it would only be fair to allow an exchange of the washer as well. The intention was to have a matching pair, and the refusal to exchange the washer disrupts this purpose. I purchased both the washer and dryer as a matching set for stacking, and while the washer works fine, the refusal to exchange it disregards my original intent. I believe my situation has been handled with the bare minimum of consideration, and I had hoped for a more thoughtful resolution.
