This is a great product. Once you get used to it you will relax and feel the difference. Don’t even use my foam roller anymore. This is so much better.

It's well built, but...
This thing is solidly built, the only challenge is actual usage. The thing is hard to get aligned and right where you want it on your own, but that's more a logistics problem than product issue.

I love this mobility tool for it's versatility: can use in place of a foam roller with a little bit of learning, can use as a hand roller for lighter pressure on certain areas, great for trigger points, very nice around joints with the ability to adjust wheel distance. This tool is a nice addition to a foam roller and lacrosse ball.
