I have used these pillows for a couple of weeks and wanted to give my review after use.Follow the instructions, repeat the steps a couple of times, then let them sit and there won’t be an issue with expansion.A bit thick for my liking, but very easy to remove the stuffing. They are quite firm, soft, and pliable. The covering is very silky, so if you don’t have enveloping pillow cases, expect to refit the cover each time you wake up.They do not sink in deep like others I’ve used in the past. They regain their shape instantly. They remain cool. Overall, well worth the price as I expect them to last a really long time.

Very Good product. very comfy

I waited about two weeks to write this review to make sure I’d give these pillows a go first.The pillows are super firm, I lay my head on this pillow and find immediate comfort. I’ve tried two different brands before this one, but this pillow definitely didn’t disappoint.There is the option to take memory foam pieces out of the pillow if it appears to be too firm but for me it is just right. I am a side sleeper and was happy to be able to throw away all the 5 pillows I used to find some kind of comfort .I’m sure for some it might be too firm.The cooling effect I can’t confirm, but I live In Texas, so I can’t really blame a pillow.I have the king size pillows and two of them fill a king size head board, they’re huge and heavy.

Dislikes:1)Really did not like the smell that lingered for about a week when I first opened these. Almost returned them then and there.2) The zippers are cheap and get stuck easily.Mixed feelings:1)I have had them for 2 weeks and it took a few times to get the stuffing right for me. Some nights I feel these work really well and some mornings I have woken up with pain. I am hoping it is a matter of adjusting the stuffing in the pillow.Likes:1)The ability to adjust them and the weight of them. I like a pillow I can squeeze that is firm and heavy. These are that.So far I have not contacted customer service on any of the current issues on these. I really want to love them.Update over a month.:Now that I have had them and found the perfect fill these are my favorite pillows. Wait it out, have patience, find your fill and you will be happy. For me it took about 1/2 the fill. Good news is I have some fill for a throw pillow. :)

The pillow is rather firm, but I find I sleep better with it. I don't wake up as much tossing and turning. I don't need to refluff and turn the pillow over all night long.

It's a shame I have so many questions about the legitimacy of this product as it is comfortable and supportive despite being a bit lumpy and not really cooling ...The description claims it is a bamboo cover. The label on the cover says 100% polyester. This could be why it isn't cooling well.Nowhere on the pillow or packaging does it reference bamboo - it references polyester.BedStory is on the CertiPUR-US Certified list. When I go to the BedStory website, the pillow case appears completely different thought the descriptions match.I am reaching out to BedStory directly to ask if this is one their products or if this is a fake and will update this review when I hear back

This memory foam pillow is great because you can remove as much foam as you need to customize it for yourself! It’s not a solid piece of foam like most are. If you like a very firm pillow, this one is perfect with all the foam inside. It’s also very well made with 2 zipper cases so you can wash the exterior case.
