For now giving 4 stars, exactly what I wanted. See how long the batteries last with the sensor on constantly. Using it over my fireplace in a fairly unlit corner.

I really like this clock. It has a sensor so the lighting goes on only when dark. It is also rechargable or you can use batteries. You can also set the brightness. It's very elegant, and I love the simplicity of it. Very modern.

Like the fact that it lights up when I walk into my garage. BUT, it doesn't keep time. New batteries, old batteries, it just will not keep proper time. It will run for a day or two and be fine. Then it will lose a half to two hours a day. Sometimes it will just stop but starts again when the time is reset. Going to try to salvage it by opening it up and replacing the clock mechanism. Otherwise, I'm just out the money.

Works great looks awesome in my hall and little lights circled around the clock looks great in no light during the day or night in dark times.

The clock is beautiful, both daytime, and night. When Lit, it is especially pretty. The thing to note is that if it’s not plugged in, it uses up a lot of batteries. Unlike other night light clocks that depend on sunlight to store energy, this clock lights up very well at night.
