Taste worse than store bought basic rice, smell is very bad on purchase

No fragrance or basmati taste at all.
Long grain rice it is. Not many broken grains. However, no smell cooking and nill taste of basmati flavour ! Roy. Look elsewhere for rice for plain boiled !
