We recently lost our family dog. He was our world! A friend recommended this diamond art. I ordered 2 different pictures. They turned out perfect. Literally identical colors and tons of detail. Highly recommend!!!!!

I've purchased from them 3 times now and, so far, all of my projects are turning out great. I've also had worries of how colors would look on faces, etc., but they honestly all worked out. There were some parts that I just decided to change and there's always extra diamonds for it.Few things I would suggest to future purchasers is to know the size per number of people. I always order the 15.7x19.7 for only two people (photo attached is my first purchase and where I learned all my "lessons" XD). Any smaller and any more people the details would be less defined FROM UP CLOSE, But from afar it's still looks very nice. Also don't chose a full body photo, half body works great, don't be too close of a face photo as well cuz that's gonna be a huge photo, unless that's what you want. I always like finding photo's that don't have lots of reds and pinks on them because those colors can transfer to the face on accident. But as I said if you have any extra diamonds that you can swap out with those random colors, do it.Their customer service is wonderful. On my first order, I realized I wanted a square drill rather than round but I've already purchased it, and since it's a customized product, there's no cancellation without penalty, aka no refunds (as far as I know). So I decided to contact the seller and request for a switch that I am willing to pay for. And they did it, FOR FREE. I didn't have to add an extra payment for the difference.Photo attached was my first project and a gift for my mom. It turned out so well. This is where I learned all of those tips I noted at the beginning, but hey from a far it looks like the photo I sent in.XD

I have done SEVERAL custom photos in diamonds thru this company and after making a HUGE mistake of ordering a larger version of one of my photos thru Pawking, I realize now to NEVER make that mistake again! They destroyed my colors and will not resolve my issue! I am now stuck having to find somewhere to purchase diamonds in the colors I need to complete my picture. So, PLEASE, DO NOT choose any other company for custom projects! They always get it right the first time! I will never use any other company!

I did not receive a great result from my first diamond art picture through this company but it was by no fault of their own. I would urge anyone choosing a picture to make absolutely sure there are no shadows on the picture because this causes a discoloration in the drills and your picture won't turn out right. I had this happen in the first picture I chose and customer service could not have been more helpful or understanding in making it right for me. I was very impressed by their willingness to rectify the situation even thought the mistake was not theirs. I would definitely recommend ordering from this company.

The media could not be loaded. I summed it up in the video but just to reiterate the bullet points here1. Tracking wasn't provided was posted and then unposted several times conflicted shipping confirmations. Also took as long as it would take to order it directly from China2. When ordering a custom job you're limited You have to size it You have to somehow magically fit this picture into limited sizing choices they give you there was no customer service contact no assistance in trying to make sure that I received what I wanted in the quality that I wanted they just trusted my sizing and went with it despite the limitations on their program3. I have been doing this for 15 years and it is by far the worst quality I have ever received their basic light and shadowing colors are off I get that this is a smaller picture but it doesn't make up for the fact that they used gray tiles for her beige skin which is just going to look awful on the end product. There is a basic lack of color blending understanding.All in all definitely don't believe that this store should have as many five stars as they do or if they did truly earn those then their quality has gone down definitely wouldn't buy from again it wouldn't suggest anyone else either

This custom diamond painting was supposed to be 40 cm x 50 cm. The actual image size is 34 cm x 45 cm. I've ordered many custom diamond paintings from various sellers. When a size is listed it is the actual image size, not the size of the canvas around the image. I am very disappointed. The size 40cm x 50cm is appropriate to fit into a 16in x 20in frame. This custom diamond painting is way too small. The picture produced is very pretty and detailed, but it is not what I ordered. The seller is very responsive when I explained my expectations. Check the size before ordering if you intend to put this into a standard frame.

Never disappointed with this seller's products. Gotta remember lots of pixels per square inch on your submitted photos. No less than 200 dpi is a good suggestion and I've always gotten quality results!

The media could not be loaded. I've use custom diamond dots around five times and I have not had a problem with the custom diamond dots. They come out good as you see in my video and pictures. But I'm not finished with that one just yet. That's why you can see the discoloration and that's where I have to finish putting the rest of the dots, so if you want to go custom, this is the way to go so don't hesitate just do it five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
