Better than others
After lots of read though of reviews , finalised this product. It’s plastic and cost is on bit higher side.But with cost there is quality too.Looks wise it’s not flashy or one might feel did I pay so much for this item , since it’s not heavy .That was one of criteria for us , hand shower should not be heavy.our 5 year kid loves using the shower since it is light weight. Water pressure is good too .All in all good experience until now.Need to see how it holds in coming days .Since it comes with good number of years of warranty, trust it’s stays as it is now.You need to order shower head and pipe . There is option of ordering together. Shower head holder needs to ordered separately too .All this can be ordered once .Installation was breeze.

Quality, Class & clear written instructions with part numbers
All the required parts were in the package. No hand shower holder though and this was clearly told in the posting. Right out of the box, you get a premium feel. Installation was a breeze, if you are mindful of the instructions. Washers were supplied. All the parts came in sealed packets. Thanx to seller Cloudtail for sending sealed, original product. Haven't checked whether it is original or not but here's the thing, Kohler called me up today to check if product is working well or not. They also offered free plumber help for any issues...guess I got an original product after all :)On durability, shall update post if something bad happens. Have started using the product, easy handling, one hand operation. Let's hope this lasts, fed up with cheaper and not so cheap brands.

Good product.
Better to invest little more in brands like Kohler for durability and better quality over the other local brands.

Too much costly
The product is too much costly. I thought they would provide stainless steel product in that price but it is plastic. Definitely good quality plastic but with that price point of view, expected stainless steel. Also the wall mount was not there in the box, had to order separately for ₹650 which is also plastic, excepted stainless steel.

It's a nice addition to bathroom.
It was good to have it. It's handy and easy to switch between different modes of shower.

Good and genuine product
Good product and genuine too...only discord is the wall holder that needs to be purchased separately for Rs.600. If you are okay with it go for it with closed eyes.
