The media could not be loaded. The original crank was installed with pop rivots so a little custom work was required in order to properly install the replacement crank so that it would have the sturdiness it needed to last for a long time. The appearance is great and the color doesn’t match the original but that’s no reason to omit buying this amazing product that has excellent fit and provides the stability your umbrella needs to stay open in order to provide shade for the designated area.

This has lasted the summer and I’m pretty happy with its durability. The color is off compared to the original parts but that’s not really an issue or something they can control. It’s not an easy install. Pulling these umbrellas apart is not for the feint of heart but if you’re willing to do it, it will save you a ton of money over replacing the whole umbrella

Replaced my umbrella broken part. Did the job

I had no idea I could get a replacement piece like this for my cantilever umbrella, but there it is. Worked perfectly. As always, the big pain in the ass was threading the rope.

Product replaced broken one perfectly .Saved from throwing away umbrella . It did not come with instructions but it is just a part . Take your time take picture & assemble like the one you remove . Took a little while to receive but well worth it . As good or better than original part . Also great price !
