Too early to review effects
Too early to give a review on effects but can say that this is ground very fine and perfect to add to warm drinks or smoothies.

Not the flavor of a Chanterelle
I started with a small bag and I just ordered the large bag. I have not really noticed any improvement to anything yet, but perhaps I have not been on it long enough or I am not taking enough per day. It said 1 gram and I have read that that is about 1/2 a teaspoon depending upon density. I am going to more carefully measure it. I add it to my coffee with cinnamon and unsweetened cocoa powder. Can't say I love the taste; although I love mushrooms in general. It seems a little bitter. Like cinnamon, it does not dissolve well, so I try to crush the clumps into the side of the cup with a spoon. It settles on the bottom, so when I get close to the bottom of the cup, I swirl the coffee around to mix it up and then gulp the last bit down. I agree with someone else who said that the zip closure does not work well to keep the package closed, so I have to keep it in a ziplock bag and that causes some waste, as it has gotten all over the outside of the packaging, as well as it falls out into the ziplock bag, along with what adheres to the inside of my cup. I think it is very pricey, so I wish it would dissolve better and that they would improve the closing mechanism and see what they can do to make it taste better. If I eventually feel better in some way, then these other issues would be irrelevant, but no real results yet. I have yet to find anything that makes me feel better, but I remain hopeful!

High price Reishi used a low quality bag
Bad packaging. The seal does not work. It can not seal back the bag. A high price product but used a low quality bag. How can I trust that Reishi mushroom powder inside is good?
