Great gift
Takes a bit of playing around to figure out what all it can do but once it's set up is a breeze to use. The app is efficient to use, keeps you connected, and helpfully keeps up with what senders have already uploaded. The frame is sleek and fits into most home aesthetics. Positioning of the pictures are versatile and images are clear and bright.

Amazing gift
Gave this to my mother in law before we moved and she loves it! Super easy to use and set up. The display is beautiful and the speakers were decent quality too

Worked for SD upload
I only needed this to load some pictures from a micro SD card for a gift, so I did not download the app or set anything up. It worked fine and was fairly easy to figure out how to use. The photos displayed very nice!

Good product, just a little small than expected
I bought this digital picture frame as a Father’s Day gift for my dad. He really loved it, especially how easy it is to send photos directly from our phones. The picture quality is great, and the setup was simple. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the frame is smaller than I expected. Still, it’s a meaningful gift and works well for sharing memories.

Setup, Sharp Display, and Great for Sharing Family Photos
This digital frame is surprisingly good for the price. The 10.1" IPS screen is sharp, bright, and has solid viewing angles, so photos look clean and natural. The 32GB of internal storage gives you plenty of room before you ever need an SD card. Setup is quick—connect to WiFi, pair the app, and you’re off. The biggest win is how easy it is for family to send photos or short videos directly to the frame. Everything loads fast, and the auto-rotate feature actually works correctly, so you’re not stuck with sideways pictures. Touchscreen responsiveness is solid, and the menus are straightforward. If you want a modern frame that keeps family photos updated without messing with cables or manual transfers, this one delivers. It's a great gift option and a simple way to keep the whole family connected.

Uphill battle to import photos to frame if you don't have the right cables/SD cards
This frame feels cheap (light weight, feels like if you drop it, it could break). I did not have a mini SD disk, so I planned to load it with photos from my computer via USB. The package did not come with the transfer USB cable. There is also a note in the instructions that "Digital photo frame does not support photo/video transfer via the USB port connected to the computer. The U disk needs to be connected to the OTG cable, and then connected to the digital frame to transfer photos/video. (The OTG cable is not included in the package you need to purchase and additional OTG cable.)" Long story short, before I could load any pictures on the frame, I had to go to Walmart and buy a mini SD card (around $10) with a large SD card adapter (because my laptop doesn't take the mini) to transfer the photos. I considered buying a USB transfer cable instead, but was worried it would not work because of the aforementioned warning. So I still have not tried that transfer option. Once I got the mini card, I was able to transfer photos to the digital frame (It took awhile since I had 5-6GB). At one point during the process, I picked up the frame and the screen went blank (I didn't do anything, but must have barely jiggled the power cable or something), so I had to re-start the import process all over again from scratch. After the second try, I did get the photos onto the frame. But then there was no clear instruction that I needed to "select all" and then download the photos to the frame, and so I navigated back in the settings menu. When I re-navigated to the photos, they were gone because they had not downloaded and I had to start the long import process all over again (all 5 GB!!). Just importing the 5GB of photos took 10-15 mins, and then it took another 45-60 mins to download them to the frame. And if you accidentally jiggle it, you will have to start all over again. Once I got the photos on the frame, it is pretty easy to get the display settings how you want them, and the photos display well. The frame connected easily to Wifi, but I have not tried using the app for sharing photos. Overall, I'd only give three stars because of all the trouble I had to go to to get the photos onto the frame (not to mention the extra SD card purchase since the cable was not included in the first place).
