Worth the money!
Great quality and easy to digest! They really work well! I am 54 years old and in good health however, I cannot afford to “eat right”. So , I started taking these every day for the past few months! They have improved my muscle tone and vitality! I feel better than I have for many years! I am a life long customer!

This contains rice flower
The essential amino acids supplements have rice flower. If you're taking it fasting it will increase insulin and blood sugar levels breaking your fast. I didn't pay close enough attention to the ingredients and that is why I'm leaving this review. This item is one that cannot be returned. Also four capsules per serving is a large quantity to gulp down at a time. Great price for low quality ingredients.
