Very good quality
This is a very good iron a bit light I don’t know if this is a good or a bad thing but the iron works perfectly it does what an iron should do and the price was very reasonable a good reduction I can highly recommend this iron at this time but time will tell I am very happy at the minute.

Good
Good iron very pleased with performance but the silly “wings” on base of iron prevents it sitting on the iron stand on my ironing board.

Don’t waste your money
Bought this as had tefal steam generator iron before ~ been in the garment industry for years so I know my machines ~ Tefal have lost their way. And lost me as a customerHowever it looks like the designers were trying to design a formula 1 car instead of a steam generatorStupid split handle and don’t believe the photos on the advert.I tried it out and promptly return not fit for purpose.I spent an extra £100 and got the top of the range Philips. The Rolls-Royce of steam generators and absolute dream to use and no garment is troublesome for the Philips

Efficient
This is a really good iron, loads of steam, great end result, and cheaper than many products with higher price, as this is really a steam generator, as some advertised as steam generators are simply steam irons

Not an iron
Following an accident to a much loved Philips iron/ steam generator I looked at the reviews, particularly Which, and bought this. The design is poor. The water tank is awkward to hold while filling; the strange flap on the rear of the iron is too loose and flops about but my main complaint is the iron cannot be rested, other than on its main container, while actually ironing. No garment can be fitted on an ironing table complete so moving it during the ironing process is unavoidable. All previous irons I’ve used could be stood on their back, safely , to carry out this proceedure. Not this one. Back to the rack every time -Finally I should have been forewarned with the name of the device. Nowhere does it call itself an iron- because it isn’t!Generates loads of steam but never reaches a temperature high enough to take the creases out of cotton based fabrics so shirts, chinos, cotton dresses… everything that benefits from looking pristine cannot be pressed successfully. I did take the trouble to measure the temperature and found the highest was 127 deg C near the front of the iron and 117deg.C at the rear. Evidently not enough to iron cotton!I ought to have returned it as unfit for purpose but I was too slow to do so before the window closed. So, if you want an efficient steam generator, this is OK but if you want an iron with steam generator, don’t.

Amazing
Would never go back to a normal iron after using this, very happy with ease of use and the water tank is more than adequate for the large pile of ironing. Weight great not sure if I’m descaling it correctly have to read booklet again
