Useful, easy to lift with handle given on three sides, well made product, quality-quantity both 👍true to its price and name in the market👍

1) Idly pot quality is good it’s thick n sturdy2) idly plate quite good depth, good size idlies3) idly plate overlaps on other making idly smash as shown in picIf using single plate at a time okay, but when using 2 plates, lower idlies getting overlapped n it’s not okayThey could have given a stand under idly plate,Quite disappointed after using since more idlies cannot be cooked at a time, could have researched more n got better ones for this price

Generally I don’t buy new vessels due to space constraints. This is the first time I purchased from Indus valley and I was a little skeptical about how it will be till it arrived but I was amazed by the quality.It’s super easy to carry . It’s a multi use product where you can use the vessel as a kadai too and it is amazingly good looking. Capacity is quite big. For a family who likes idly , it’s a boon as it can make 14 idlies at a time 😁. It’s worth the amount I paid.With use will knows its performance. ❤️Thank you Indus Valley for this wonderful combo product. A boon for working ladies to cook and steam vegetables at the same time 😘

I am quite disappointed with this product. The overall design is poor and doesn’t seem to have been tested by someone who actually makes idlis. The idli plates are flimsy and feel very fragile, which raises concerns about their long-term durability. The lid does not fit properly, making the steaming process inconvenient.Placing and removing the plates is also awkward and not user-friendly at all. The entire experience feels frustrating rather than convenient.Given these issues, I cannot recommend this product. If I had the option, I would return it.

1. Idly pot quality is good, thick & sturdy.2. Capacity of the kadai is quite big, can be used separately, hence serves multi purpose.3. No scratch even after multiple uses.4. Unlike the image, this product comes without the handle on idly plates5. The tray has 3 handles 120 degree apart, gets disbalanced while picking or placing the tray in, especially due to hot steam :|6. The handle are too close to the kadai and is inconvenient to pull out the tray easily - got used to it anyways :/7. The pot lid doesn't sit tight, should be careful while moving it around.

The media could not be loaded. Quality is very poor from Indus valley. I want to return the product. Please share the message to the Indus Valley company
