This powerful worklight has a 38 watt fluorescent tube mounted in an impact resistant waterproof case rated to IP44. Fluorescent lights have many uses around the worksite or home, providing a glare free bright light that avoids the high heat output associated with halogen bulbs. These lights are cool running and eliminate the fire and burn hazards associated with halogen lighting. A mirror back improves the light output by up to 20% and also has the added benefit of a power take off socket for series linking or for use with power tools*.
