MSIのvectorを置く為に購入。かなり重たいし、厚みもあるゲーミングノートPCだけに不安だったが思ったより安定した設置が出来た。 色々探したがこれしか見当たらなかった。 満足いく買い物が出来た。

I tried a different laptop tray first; one that looked more stable due do it lying flat against the VESA plate instead of hanging off in front of it. Unfortunately that first tray simply didn't play well with my articulated monitor arm, as the VESA plate needed to be tilted back so much that the overhang on the back of the tray was contacting the top section of the arm and restricting free positioning/movement of the arm. So I gave this one a try, skipping over all the alternatives that have a similar "vertical VESA plate with tray hanging out in front" design, because this one still bolts securely to all four points of the VESA plate vs. most of the others that only bolt to the top two mounting points. This tray is very sturdy and made very well. It also feels like it's providing a very secure platform for my laptop no matter how I position my articulated monitor arm. So after getting it mounted and giving it a good try, I have no concerns about its longevity or suitability to task. Before getting this delivered I was a little skeptical of the thumbscrews for the VESA mounting and figured I would probably need to substitute proper nuts and bolts. However, the included mounting thumbscrews felt 100% sturdy and secure after initial setup, so I went ahead and stuck with them. One thing that would be nice is if the product photos/description would specify the angle of the bend, for pre-purchase planning. Close as I can measure, the angled platform of this stand is a gentle 23 degree downward slope from horizontal when the back plate is positioned exactly vertically. (I suspect it's actually 22.5 degrees; half of a 45 degree slope.) Which is nice, because I didn't want a more vertical laptop position, and due to my issues with the first tray I tried, I was worried about maybe needing to still tilt this one back enough to perhaps run into more arm impact issues. No such issues here.

Very easy to set up. Clamps fit well on the sides of the mousepad.
