I need to return it
Defected, it is not charging . And the agency is not accepting to repair it under Amazon warranty. I need to return it now. But Amazon is not giving me the option and they have removed the customer care numbers from the app

Excellent product for the price. Sound is very good and it's amazing how much the this little thing can fill a room with sound however it does lean seem to be V shaped in sound profile leaning towards bass a little but this will probably suite most people. The essential version is fine for me as I wanted something small to use on trips, in the kitchen and garden etc. If you wanted to link two together for stereo or multiroom etc. I think you would need the slightly more expensive models with more functions. The build quality is pretty solid which I expected from a JBL product and although there's probably other similar products about for less money again I feel this is a brilliant package of build quality, battery life, water resistance and a good sound.

The best, so easy to use and so easy to connect to Bluetooth! I love that it’s small enough that I can bring it everywhere with me. The sound is great… perfect for a big party but also perfect for a more personal/alone atmosphere. The battery lasts longer than any other speaker I had before.

veramente ma veramente di buona qualità, l’audio si sente una bomba quasi come una cassa tre volte più grande, posso dire di averla usata in una sala che ospita max 200 persone per mettere la musica e si sentiva una meraviglia!
