Failsworth Cord Mariner Cap

This is the third hat of this design and make that I've purchased. The service from the supplier is 1st class. The material feel a little light weight but I know from past experience it wears well and keeps its shape. At £17.00 it seams a little expensive but the price is competitive with other makes. I'm a satisfied customer

My husband was delighted with prompt arrival of this cap and the look and fit. It was a tiny bit tight, but he's working on the thought that the next size up could be to big and that this fit will possibly loosen. He wanted a cap that when he was ot walking the dog would shield his eyes from the sun which is so low in the skies at present. This is absolutely spot on for solving this problem.

This is a genuinely well-made cap.i) Straight seams, even stitchesii) Padding on the inside-edge of the peak, lining in the top/roof of the cap.iii) The corduroy is a little on the short side, but dense and even.Note: Despite the warnings on the cleaning-label, I gave my cap a gentle hand-wash, and it came out just fine.Fit: My hat-size is 7 3/8 (58.7cm), and the 'Large' fits perfectly.

Hat as described. Very good quality. Arrived promptly. Excellent customer service. DAY 1 ordered, DAY 2 I received a size query e mail/I replied. I had a couple of these caps a few years ago, wore them a lot, until they eventually went astray. Delighted to find them online, now that street markets are few and far between, I bought one ... and then immediately two more. I was looking for a cap in the style of John Lennon and this one came up. Lennon never actually wore this particular style, but it's fine with me 'cause it's related to but not quite as "maritimey" as the Greek fisherman's cap. I checked "fit as expected" because I expected a 61cm cap to be too small for my huge 62cm head, but it stretched that required cm - and a bit more - quite easily.

Bought this hat for my Dad and I’m very impressed with the quality. Would definitely buy again.
