Sweet Brine O'Mine 14.2 Ounce Shaker

I use this injection for when smoking Boston Butts / Pork Shoulders. The instructions advise whole contents with 64oz of water, or 32 oz with half the contents. I personally mix 1/4 of the contents with 16 oz. That is PLENTY for one port butt. It also enables one bottle of Sweet Brine O' Mine to last me for 4 pork butts. Very tasty brine. Not too sweet, not too spicey. It doesn't 'replace' using a rub, it just adds some nice flavor and moisture to the inside meat. Using this brine has elevated my pork shoulders to another level.

While researching BBQ recipes online I came across many on how to brine. I also came across many that recommended Sweet Brine O'Mine. I left my meat overnight and BBQ'd it. It was delicious. It adds a wonderful flavor to the meat. It is not overpowering. Just right. I highly recommend it.

Injected pork shoulder. Easily the best I’ve made. Great product. Also has a great rub. If you want great flavor without being too sweet or too spicy get this and sweet rub o mine.

the only thing I dislike about this product is that it "cakes" quickly due to it's makeup. you sometimes have to cut the bottle to get at the product
