Doesn’t work
Looked lovely, easy for my children to open. However, DOES NOT KEEP FOOD WARM. Flask was warmed up, and hot food was out inside at 7am, by the time my son left for school at 8:15am it was stone cold. Absolutely useless. Only got a start because Amazon wouldn’t allow me to leave zero stars

No instructions with it as not sure how to keep food hot, tried warming flask first, food was cold within 4 hours

Unsuitable item
I was totally shocked by unbelievablysmall size, was ordered as a gift for my husband to use as a lunchbox to take food to work and be sufficient to cover his 10 hour shift. The image is totally misleading, I will no doubt be returning the item

Where did the insulation go??
I packed some pasta for my children s lunch. It was cold within 3 hrs... I tried it with my lunch thinking they could have played with the air vent but it was nit a good result as the food wash cold within 3 hrs... what a waste of money.

Smaller than expected
It’s tiny compared to the picture even In mine it looks bigger than what it is. Brought this as a lunch container for my son and will now have to get another one!

This is just a storage box. Not a lunch box. Even Giving 1 star is too much for this storage box. I stars to this product. Waste of money. *Don't cheat people*
