I was using pocket spring mattress but its topper was not firm enough so sometimes while sitting or sleeping, springs can be felt in the back and causing the back pain. I was having cotton mattress in my mother's room and she never allow synthetic foams. I agreed her only for top cover for existing mattress and bought this one.Now she is comfortable till now.Although finishing is not likely to foam mattress but good enough

At first it looks and feels like a normal foam matress ...but it isn't. This is a true memory foam mattress topper and can easily convert any normal (coir or foam or spring or air...) Mattress into a memory foam mattress. Comes with a zipper cover. But cover isn't waterproof. if we want to add it existing mattress a velcro fitting and a proper water proof cover for the whole thing would make it perfect.This is very light weight and can be rolled.So far satisfied
