I'm so disappointed! I just received this and it's the perfect colour, the perfect size, the handle is amazing...BUT! I'm not a fan of straws so I wanted to use the sipping side, it was almost impossible to open!! I had to get my husband to do it for me. I thought it just needed loosening up but after 15 times I'm still not able to open it! Going back unfortunately

This travel double sided mug is amazing. The handle is stout and folds away out of the way. So when you have to walk a long way, your arm doesn’t get tired. You hold it like a small bucket. So other brands you have to grip the mug and hold your mug while full at a 90° angle. I usually have to switch hands. The top is also stout the plastic is solid the lift spout design is excellent. The only thing I can feel is that the steel is not as thick as other Brands. However it still holds cold and hot. Save your money and buy this one.

They have me the part and shipped it free of charge! Part arrived in 3 days!I have been using this bottle in 95 deg F weather outside at sporting events and it keeps the ice for about 7-8 hours. Ice and water lasts easily over 14 hours if inside AC environment like gyms or at home.I purchased a silicone bottle boot for the bottom of the bottle from IRON FLASK just because I am clumsy and tend to bang up the bottom a lot. It works very well to protect it, but the boot gets stuck in the cup holder everytime because it doesn't fit the bottle snug enough. That's the only issue.

I like the size of this. Because of the size, it lasts all day and keeps my ice all day. I don't like the straw system it came with. I use my silicone straw through the drink opening but I would like it better if I could use my own straw through the straw hole on the top. It's seems foolish to me to put an opening for a straw and no way to insert a normal straw. Come on engineers.. Think about it...

I bought this to use as a work mug for my coffee. One of the most important things as I need to be able to put the mug in my backpack sideways and not have it we can get all over my computers and stuff. I bought a different mugs in this one and it didn’t have a screw on top. And I tried to take it to work and put it in sideways and the word shot off getting coffee all over the place. So I realize that having a screw on top was Vital. I like this one because it has the handle built-in, and a really well crafted way. So I did a hot water leak test where I boiled some water and filled the mug up. I remove the straw because I will not be needing the straw. I will never be using it for cold drinks . Will it pass the test with flying colors? No leaking at all. I’m glad because this is going to be my solution. I’ve only had the mug for a day or so but I really like it and recommend it to anyone that needs to get a mug for drinking to go to work . One of the things I was wondering about this would a leak if I took this dry out. The answer is no the straw didn’t affect it. You can always put the straw back in if you wanted to use it for cold drinks but I won’t be doing that. on top of all that the price is really reasonable on this. I like the color choices, and this mug stood out to me as a good choice out of all the mugs that I looked at that were similar.
