Takes the hungry edge off!
Looking for something to help me lose a few pounds. I got the pills 4 days later, the slowest and free option since if I don't have Amazon Prime.My problem is I tend to over eat, especially at dinnertime. I read the label instructions and was excited right away. I was going out to dinner that night, which was perfect. I already know myself, being hungry and going out to dinner aren't good a combination for me. I will normally overeat, getting overwhelmed with all the choices in front of me and can't stop until all the food is gone. I took my pill and headed out, by the time I got to order, it would be between half hour and an hour, exactly the wait recommendation in the bottle. I get to the restaurant and I order and all of the sudden, I realized, whoa!, I DONT FEEL SUPER HUNGRY. I has forgotten a bit about the pill talking and being distracted by my family. Normally, I would be obsessing over the food like its going to run out or something. If you ever get that feeling, you know what I mean. I waited, got the food, ate, and left stuff on my plate! I didn't overeat! I am happy to report that the pill took that starving edge off. I did not feel hungry and did not feel overly stuffed after finished, the way I do when I can't control myself eating. I felt satisfied. Finally, a pill that does what it says it's going to do! Will use again for dinner!

Not sure if they're really working or not I've stayed the same weight and it has almost been a month and that's with changing my diet and exercising.

I would not re-purchase this brand of this supplement. My large bowel movements are non-existent when taking this supplem$ent. Had better luck with other brands.
