I LOVE the colors, which totally made these worth it for me. Different material than I'm used to using for my crafting, but so glad I took a chance and decided to try experimenting with this and branching out, it proved to be similar enough to what I normally use that I considered it easy to work with, and the results were exactly what I was looking for.

This is a nice set of cord, with a nice selection of colors, both bright and pastel. The cord is like plastic, is water proof and may last longer than other cords when worn in the water often or worn every day. Often, macramé is tied on and is worn until it falls off, especially friendship bracelets or items that have a meaning.The many strands of the cord do fray, so in order to thread the beads and findings I use a bit of glue to keep them together. The cord is hard and rough like jute, is not soft on the skin, but it isn't too irritating or bothersome. I do notice it when compared to the other types of cord I have used. I am new to making macramé jewelry, so keeping the cords neat and tangle free is important and ease of use is important. This cord has to be pulled extra tight to get a snug weave and knot.As to the product, the colors are exactly as shown in the ad. Each spool had more than 25 meters, which was a pleasant surprise. I don't expect products to over deliver, but I definitely check to be sure that the quantity is at least as promised. In this case most spools were over 25 meters, 85 or 86 ft.I'm happy with my order and the I'm enjoying making Summer friendly earrings and bracelets.The value at the time of this review was just under 22 dollars including shipping. The prices have been fluctuating on cording materials, but this is competitive especially when you consider the length of this cord and the fact that so many of the silky cords I've ordered were shorter than promised. 12 spools at 25 meters. Good value. I hope this product remains available, if so these spools and colors have numbers for ease of ordering popular colors.5 stars

Great colors, very pretty, and will be very helpful in my work.

You get quite a variety of colors in this set of cords. The material is a little rough but it's so sparkly that I don't care. I think that this will make my bracelets last much longer than the softer material that I have used. The ends will fray a bit when you cut them so I've been using a slightly, watered-down white glue. It dries quickly and transparently and it works well. It also makes it easier to thread beads on it.You get 12 rolls of cord so this is a great value. Enjoy the sparkle!

I ordered these to create some summery friendship bracelets for my grandkids. The cord is sturdy and comes in beautiful pastel colors. I was able to string beads onto the cord to weave into the bracelets. I always prefer pastels over jewel tones and these are very shimmery pastel colors. Very happy with this cord and a good price for as many rolls as come in the set.

The media could not be loaded.  Our daughter enjoys making bracelets of all sorts. These colors are going to delight her! In fact, these strings are so pretty I just might join her in some jewelry-making.Do be aware that the ends WILL fray and there is nothing you can really do about that. If you are stringing beads on these strings, make sure you have a hole large enough to wrestle all those loose threads into.
