I didn't purchase this to make a sauce. I have bought this for years and use it to flavor other recipes that may be lacking some flavor. I recently made a cold tortellini pasta salad which had red peppers, black olives, artichoke hearts, salami, red onion. After mixing in the olive oil, I realized that I had no garlic or garlic powder. So I sprinkled in some of this product and it did the trick. It tasted great. I also added this to a linguine recipe with white clam sauce, it kicked up the flavor. I like to keep these on hand for doctoring up recipes.

I’ve bought this powdered sauce many times. It’s easy to make, takes very little time from start to finish and tastes delicious. You can use it with all types of pasta as well as noodles. It’s a great value for the money. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water.

I like this product because I had a recipe that called for it and I couldn't find it in a grocery store.

Taste good with shrimp and chicken pasta.
