When I am religious about taking these, I truly do notice a difference.

I won’t buy these again. I’d prefer to just take capsules of the ingredients that are present in these gummies. They taste like something I shouldn’t eat.

This product has really helped me get back on track. I’m back to a predictability, the same time every month. I’ve also noticed less cramps and side effects.

Works how it's supposed to. It did give me energy and helped my hormones normalize a bit more so I don't have carzy mood swings. The only downside to these is that if I don't take it one or two days in a row, it's like starting all over again. The taste is okay but definitely helps that they're gummies so easy to take. I definitely recommend them for everyday use.

I took these for about 2 weeks when I could no longer stand the flavor. I’m used to not great flavors but this flavor is DISGUSTING, not sure how people take this. I was starting to gag after 10 days. So smoky tasting. So disappointed it’s so gross!

Usually their products are excellent. This one, not so much. The taste is AWFUL. Imagine what a dirty, wet, Dish towel smells like. That is what this tasted like. It also turned my stomach.
