This cushion is an excellent choice for my sciatia, it's just the right size to lift me up and level out the seat and all without putting pressure on my tail bone. I dislike sitting leaning back and even with the back of the seat fully upright I was still leaning back. Now I can see over the steering wheel and best of all my back hurts less.

I am 5’1” and bought this cushion to improve my visibility when driving my Ram 1500; it helped tremendously and was very comfortable for long drives (11 hours). I would recommend this cushion and will probably buy another one.

I guess I thought I could use it on the couch but it's a little to firm to sit on it that long.It's fine for in the car/truck.

I drove 26 hours with this cushion and let me tell you it has been a godsend! I would recommend this to anyone that has to drive any distance at all. I also used a small pillow behind my back at times too which also helped. Don’t bother with a useless donut cushion grab one of these for your car seat.

Not comfortable on long trips to sit on. Did work ok for my back tho.

Seemed fine but was not comfortable as a lower back lumbar cushion. That is obviously a personal decision. But the quality is great. Foam stays firm. No complaints other than our bad backs.

The bucket seat is a safe invention but having our knees higher than our hip was taking a toll on our body. We used to use a folded blanket, but it required adjustment very often to avoid causing pressure at the back of our leg resulting in nerve pain. have had it two days so cant tell how well it will perform but it solved me being able to see over steering wheel like I THINK I SHOULD SEE OVER IT, my pet peeve. the bucket seats go down in the back so that lowers MY 5'6" self in the seat and i like to see over the wheel and all the way to the end of the front of my vehicle. Time will tell if this solves it so i can rid myself of all the high pillows i been using for couple years
