A gentlemen’s knife.
I own both the Ripsnort and the Snarky knives now, and they both have a fantastic look. The Snarky is slightly more stiff than the Ripsnort on the opening, but overall both knives function pretty well. On appearances, these are both excellent gentlemen’s dress knives. They have a very clean, attractive appearance and the finish is perfect.

Little knife
I like the knife. The shape is cool and it looks nice. It's just really small, to the point that it can be a little hard to hold on to when opening it.

Good lightweight everyday carry for the $.
I bought this aa a Christmas gift for someone but now I have a new everyday carry and have to do some more Christmas shopping.Very light and good utility shape to the blade.A little concerned that being light might mean that it won't take much abuse but time will tell. For less tham $30 i don't usually expect much anyway. This knife does not need a spring assist. Anyone saying that got a defective knife or does not know how to use a flipper. It opened so easy for me the first time i checked to make sure it wasn't an assisted opening knife but a flipper was already my everday carry. Very little practice and you can have this out faster and easier than a spring assist.

Good little knife, sharp out of the box
I bought it because I liked the shape of the blade. It's not the smoothest flipper though (and it's not assisted), so you need to flick your wrist to open it consistently. The tip-up only carry is a drawback too if you don't like that style of carry (I actually bought it for that purpose--so it's fine for me). It is on the smaller side, so those with big hands just be warned.

My daughter’s favorite knife
I bought this for my daughter is a funny gift because it says “Snarky” on the side. Turns out it’s now her favorite knife! And she has a lot of knives. She loves the look, ergonomics, and quality. CRKT makes great knives for reasonable prices and I won’t hesitate buying a knife from them.

Poor pocket clip
I usually love CRKT knives but this one disappoints. The pocket clip is so thin it bends very easily. It caught while in my pocket bending the clip and ripping the two mounting screws out that were barely tapped in enough to hold it on.

Difficult to open and slippery
This knife looks and feels great in the hand! However, it's a pain to open and close because it's so slippery. While opening the for the first time, my finger slipped and my fingernail got caught in the open space with metal, and broke from the pressure. Closing is also difficult due to the smoothness of the grip area. Overall it's a decent functioning and great looking knife, but I wouldn't recommend it for everyday carry.

Favorite knife!
I love this knife! I ended up giving my first Snarky to a family member they liked it so much, used another knife for a while but eventually got myself another Snarky. It fits in my small, girlie hand perfectly and comfortably. Sharp blade, good grip, highly recommend.
