I like this stuff I make a tea out of it, but you can pretty much put it on anything the way the packaging says I’ve not tried it for anything, but making a tea out of it but I just love the flavor of ginseng benefit wise like increased energy good all way around and I mix it with my Sheila jet . For a great natural energy boost

The powder is not red as advertised in their images, it’s more of a cream color but overall it’s a good product. There are no additives, just pure ginseng which is what I wanted👍
