After 3 months, sound quality worsened, with one earbud very quiet and the other almost silent. No water damage. The glass case is slippery and easy to drop

The sound is good. Battery life good. However they are difficult to keep inside the ear. It is so irritating and defeats the purpose. If anyone has a solution, please help.
