I have been buying these for the last 2 years for my mother, and they have been working well and are by-far the most affordable Biotin on the market that we have found. Definitely recommend these. They are tablets, so they don't stick to her throat or the inside of her pill boxes like the gel alternatives. As long as these remain available and affordable, we will continue to come back every year for these.

The last few years I have suffered from thinning hair from the medication I take and I was hoping this would work well and help restore some of my hair loss but I’ve had no luck in that area. Works great for my nails, my nails are growing very fast and stronger. If you’re experienced thinning hair from any medication that you have to take every day this may not work for thinning hair, but it does work good for your nails.

This dosage is simple enough that it does not need to be in gummy form so I looked for tablets. These are a bit smaller than an aspirin tablet and easy to swallow. The reason I use biotin is splitting and ingrown toenails - that problem has gotten much better since starting one biotin dose a day for the last year.

I love this vitamin, I can feel the energy in my body since I been taking them.
