The good part of that I didn’t notice any side affects but also not sure if I had any positive affects from taking this. I’m not a big drinker but the liver does convert fats to energy And a real machine in using fats. I know this is not a diet supp but considering it helps the liver, I didn’t notice anything after taking this regularly. No weight gain or loss. No difference in energy either.

I noticed a difference with the first dose/use. I took a couple days to 1 week off and tried it again to see if it was truly this supplement or just a coincidence. Same effect again. I had the most energy I have had in years, I slept amazing, I felt overall great. My pain levels went down, I was in a great mood. I cannot recommend this supplement enough, I absolutely love it. The only thing I don't care for is the taste. I can't think of what to compare the taste to but I didn't care for the taste at all.

Quality ingredients. Attractive packaging and labeling. No discernable taste so I have been putting it in my green tea. Love something other than a capsule or pill as a way to get a supplement that does what it says it does. I highly recommend this product.
