I have used this as a neck pillow. It held my head up. The velco-type attachments were good because I could attach it to my bookbag and not worry about it falling off. I have not opened the blanket. Much better than the u-shaped neck pillows.

It worked for me however my son that is 6'4" it didn't. It wasn't able to go around his big neck and support his head. It is easy to use the small blanket and get it back into headrest .

I drive an old Silverado Truck, and I am not tall. The seatbelt always crosses my neck and despite the many things I have gotten to make sure the strap is in the right place, they have all failed me. I bought this to see if indeed it would make using my seat belt more comfortable, and it has! Now I actually wear my seat belt, and it is big enough I can't miss it, so I have no excuse not to be compliant with the law.Thank you. I appreciate NOT being strangled!

It's a great pillow. I really like the option of pulling out a blanket when you need it on those cold flights.
