Unless I run blood work, there is no real way to know the absorption and effectiveness of the product. I have been taking it for about 4 weeks. No side effects. I don't feel any different.

Ive been taking D3, K2, A for some time now, just not all in one...this one has all these and more...any questions or concerns Marc is willing to answer and help. I picked this one because its has lowers IUs and MGs.. I didnt need 5000IUs of Vita A and D and 500mg of K2. Thank you Marc for being so kind and understanding...

This is one of the best Dim Products on the market. I usually get it from Doctor but since I found this one I don't pay stupid prices for it.
