Can't get any better!
Just bought the Haul recently in the new Big Blue Wave limited color. Tested it out that following weekend at the beach and it performed flawlessly. The cooler and ice remained cold for 2 to 3 days. The built and handle was very sturdy even when pulling it through the sand. Definitely looking forward to many hot days with this beast. Expensive but you definitely get what you paid for!

Worth the money
I was given one as a gift and fell in love with it. I bought one for my sister because she was hosting a family reunion and her coolers were crap. The last cooler (of this size) you’ll ever need. Not a particular fan boy of Yeti because I think competitors offer a better value proposition. But none of the knockoffs I saw were similar to this

Fits in the back cargo hold of a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid.
As stated in the title, and as I had not seen anything like this posted on Amazon, the haul fits in the back of our Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid with room to open. Took a gamble on the haul to see if it would in fact fit after cross referencing dimensions.Updated 5 star rating:After a one week trip through Wyoming in 80 degree heat most days in the back of a dark van, the original bag of of ice from morning 1 was still in the bottom of the cooler in a solid albeit half melted chunk. We added ice every other day, and did not drain except half way one day. Even a bag of cherries lasted a week + in the cooler without perishing. I only took the cooler out of the back of the van one night, and my back suggested that should not happen again. Overall happy with it.5* Build quality, very heavy duty. HEAVY. Other review state the wheels look cheap, well they were modeled to look like trash blow-molded wheels, but they are in fact not cheap but very high quality hard polymer wheels with a thermo plastic rubber mid hardness tire on them. Very impressed with the handle and wheel quality. Latches close tight but not too tight. Color is gorgeous in seafoam.3* Price - Really, I know what I bought and I am impressed but WHOA.2* Weight - As all the other reviews have stated. HEAVY to lift into a vehicle.Replacing an Igloo 5 Day cooler that lasted 2 days on ice, expecting vastly better performance.

The Yeti reputation is spot on!
When we first received the Yeti cooler, we set it a few feet away from our fireplace with a 20 pound bag of ice in it to see how long it would take for the ice to melt (we burned fires a couple nights that week). It took 7 days with nothing but the bag of ice in it. Fast forward to last weekend where we took it up to our ski condo and parked it in the unheated garage with 0 degree temps at night. We kept drinks (soda and beer) inside the cooler while food was stored in the fridge. We thought maybe the drinks would have frozen in the unheated garage within the Yeti, but they did NOT! The ice was frozen solid and we had to pick the beer/soda out, but the beer/soda itself was not frozen in the aluminum cans. The ice was still solid in the cooler when we returned 5 days later! LOVE this cooler and can't wait to take it camping! I'm a little skeptical about the "bear-proof" lock and still plan to store the cooler and all food inside my Jeep overnight while camping. I certainly don't plan to test the "bear proof" claim by inviting one of them into our campsite! Not sure it's worth $500, but I was able to get it free by converting work recognition points to Amazon gift cards. It is certainly awesome to have WHEELS and both the wheels and handle are very sturdy/tough, not like the flimsy ones on Coleman coolers.

Lifetime buy, keeps cold, super rugged
Worth every dollar. So much so, I purchased two. Wheels are very ruggged—someone who wrote an alternate perspective in their review was very wrong. It’s heavy, but that’s why you get wheels. I bought the dry tray and steel locking insert (pictured). I keep it chained to a tree if in view—these are popular with the unscrupulous. Kept in the shade and not excessively opening the lid, it kept food cold for three full days and was still going. We use it to Overland off the grid. If you use it for beverages with lots of repeated access, common sense will let you know to cut the time in half that it stays cold. Likewise if you leave in the sun. This is certified and tested as grizzly bear proof—say no more. That means they put two small padlocks on the corners, filled it with good smelling stuff, and gave it to grizzlies to play with. Just think about how your cheap brand would prevail that . . .

The best cooler I've ever had
I was on the fence for a while on buying this cooler because of the cost and because of one review here on Amazon complaining about the wheels and how for an expensive cooler they expected better wheels. When I was finally ready to buy, it was sold out everywhere (even local retailers) and the only ones available on Amazon were the ugly colors and I didn't want to fork over full price for something I wasn't đź’Ż happy with. Then just before our big camping trip I found some for sale via the warehouse deals here and decided to buy 2 of them since the prices were much lower. I know random right? When received I opened up and noticed immediately that these suckers are heavy duty which also meant they are heavy even without anything in them. Well I packed both of them up with ice and used one cooler for drinks and one for our food. The ice in the cooler for drinks lasted 4 days with heavy usage while the cooler with food lasted 6 days.A few quick notes:1) Once full you'll probably want to use two people to lift.2) pre-chill your cooler people by sacrificing a bag of ice or two the day before you pack it up.3) For the person who reviewed and complained about the wheels and it making "too much noise" in a hotel lobby. I'm an idiot for even considering your review. The wheels are perfect for the outdoors and if you want a cooler for camping BUY THIS!PS lastly my camping trip was in August with my family and my parents joined along. They are VERY frugal/cheap and just shook their heads at me when I brought the coolers for our trip and told them how much I paid. By the end of the trip they both agreed it was money well spent
